GreatArkMedia LLC | Central Vermont

Video, photo and 3D production for business and government.

A Vermont media studio led by a former U.S. Navy Mass Communications Specialist with 20+ years in broadcast, events, print, photo and video. One point of contact, from first call to final file.

What we do

Video production and editing

We shoot and edit video for businesses and organizations: marketing, training and onboarding, and event coverage. Already have footage? We can edit it.

Photography and photo editing

Photography for organizations and products, plus editing and retouching of photos you already have.

3D modeling and prototyping

We create 3D models and prototypes. We do not offer large-scale production at this time. If a project needs it, we can bring in an outside manufacturer.

Business and public-sector work

GreatArkMedia LLC is a Vermont limited liability company. We welcome inquiries from businesses and from state and federal buyers.

Who you work with

GreatArkMedia is run by its owner, Carlos Cepeda, a former U.S. Navy Mass Communications Specialist who has worked in broadcast television, corporate events, large- and small-format printing, photography and videography for more than 20 years. Freelancers join a project when it needs them, so you always deal with the same person. More about us

Questions

Who do you work with?

Businesses, organizations, and state and federal buyers. We are based in Central Vermont and can work with clients elsewhere.

Do you have client work I can look at?

Not yet. GreatArkMedia LLC was formed in June 2026, so the work we show is our own productions. We would rather say that plainly than dress it up.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is quoted to its scope, and we do not have a published rate card yet. Tell us what you need and your timing, and we will send a written quote.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. We give you a schedule with the quote, before you commit to anything.

Is this a big agency?

No. It is an owner-led studio with freelancers brought in as needed. That keeps things direct: you talk to the person doing the work.
